• Deposits made through payment methods not registered in your name may be declined and returned.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to the availability of that method for outgoing transfers. Withdrawals are made in Philippine Peso. king88 does not process withdrawals to payment methods or accounts not registered in your name.

Before a withdrawal is processed, king88 may require you to complete or update your identity verification. This is a standard account protection measure and applies to all players. Processing times depend on the payment method selected and may also be affected by Philippine banking schedules.

In-play markets are settled based on the state of the event at the time the bet was accepted and the event's final result. king88 reserves the right to void bets where there is evidence of an obvious pricing error, a technical fault during acceptance, or where the integrity of the market is in question.

• Live casino game results are generated by the studio provider's systems and are final.
• Slot and RNG game results are determined by certified random number generation processes.
• Bets placed with funds obtained through fraudulent activity will be voided and the account suspended.
• king88 may impose bet limits on individual accounts or across specific markets at its discretion.
• Game availability may vary and king88 reserves the right to remove games or markets without prior notice.

If a technical fault interrupts a game session or bet placement, king88 will attempt to resolve the outcome fairly using available records. Where records are insufficient to determine the correct outcome, the bet may be voided and the stake returned to your balance.
